Before you write to us

What importers ask first

  • What is the minimum order?

One 40-foot reefer container, which holds 26 to 27 tonnes depending on the presentation. Mixed containers combining species and cuts are accepted from 5 tonnes per SKU.

  • How long does a shipment take?

Between 15 and 30 days from a confirmed order to the vessel sailing, depending on the species and the season. Transit time from Buenos Aires is roughly 22 days to Northern Europe and 35 days to Southeast Asia.

  • Can you produce under our own brand?

Yes. Private-label programmes start at three containers per SKU. We handle artwork adaptation, master carton printing and destination-specific labelling.

  • Which documents do you issue?

Health certificate, certificate of origin, EU catch certificate, commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading and the lot-level production report. Draft copies are sent for approval before the vessel sails.

  • Do you sell samples?

We ship paid technical samples of up to 20 kg by air courier so your quality team can validate size, yield and glazing before committing to a container.
