Four wild-caught species from FAO Area 41, processed in our own EU-approved plant and frozen to a core temperature of −25 °C. Cuts, size grades, glazing percentage, interleaving and packaging are agreed before production starts.
Merluccius hubbsi
Wild-caught Argentine hake, headed and gutted or filleted, with firm white flesh and a mild flavour. Our highest-volume product and the reference for European and Brazilian white-fish programmes.
Pleoticus muelleri
Wild-caught Argentine red shrimp from the San Jorge Gulf, frozen whole on board or in the plant within hours of landing. Sold whole, as tails or peeled, in the size grades your market expects.
Micropogonias furnieri
Wild-caught whitemouth croaker, frozen whole round or gutted, sized by weight and packed in bulk cartons. A dependable, competitively priced whitefish for high-volume distribution.
Illex argentinus
Wild-caught Argentine shortfin squid, jig-caught and frozen aboard within hours of capture. Sold whole, as cleaned tubes, rings or tentacles, to your specification.
